PUPPY PACKAGE

The prepaid Puppy Package we offer is designed to provide all of the routine "preventive" health care services needed for a new puppy at a reduced cost.  It does not provide for treatment of health problems detected but does include a discount of 10% on spay or neuter of the puppy.

The following services are included: first year Core vaccinations, fecal exam, and routine worming, and AVID microchiping.  A complete examination will be given by the veterinarian on the initial visit with briefer examinations given on the following visits.  The office visits and examinations for each of the four sets of vaccinations are included as part of the package.  Additional Non-Core vaccines may be added to the package as needed at a 20% discount.

The ages listed below are ideal for the initial series of vaccinations.  If your puppy is older we will modify the schedule.

6 weeks old - Canine 5 way vaccine

9 weeks old - Canine 5 way and Canine Cough vaccines

12 weeks old - Canine 5 way vaccine

16 weeks old - Canine 5 way and Rabies vaccines

SAVINGS

The fee for the Puppy Package as of October 1, 2007 is $198.75 and must be paid in full on the first visit. This is a savings of $66.25 over paying for the individual services at each visit.

KITTEN PACKAGE

The prepaid Kitten Package we offer is designed to provide all of the routine "preventive" health care services needed for a new kitten at a reduced cost. It does not provide for treatment of health problems detected but does include a discount of 10% on spay or neuter of the kitten if done the first year.

The following services are included: Felv testing, first series of Core vaccinations, fecals, and routine wormings, microchiping and the office visits associated with these services. Ages listed for kittens below are ideal for the initial series of vaccines. For older kittens we will modify the schedule.

9 weeks - Feline 4 way

10 weeks - Feline Leukemia

12 weeks - Feline 4 way & Feline Leukemia

16 weeks - Rabies

SAVINGS

The fee for the Kitten Package as of October 1, 2007 is $235.50. This is a savings of $78.50 over paying for the individual services.

Additional Non-Core vaccines may be added as needed at a 20% discount.

CAT PACKAGE

For cats over 4 months of age we have a Cat Package that is more appropriate. The prepaid Cat Package we offer is designed to provide all of the routine "preventive" health care services recommended for a newly adopted adult cat. It does not provide for treatment of health problems detected but does include a discount of 10% on spay or neuter of the cat if done within 3 months.

The following services are included: Felv and Fiv testing, the first series of Core vaccines as noted in this pamphlet for cats 4 months or older, microchiping, and the office visits associated with these services. If you bring in a fresh fecal sample we will check for the presence of intestinal parasites.

The fee for the Adult Cat Package as of October 1, 2007 is $185.25 This is a savings of $61.75 over paying for the individual services.
